Who is Child Care Answers?
Child Care Answers has provided child care resource and referral services in Central Indiana since 1985.
We are located in downtown Indianapolis, in the English Foundation Building, located at 615 N. Alabama Street, we are in Suite 300. We provide referrals to families looking for child care to meet their specific needs. We match parents and providers based on the needs of the parents as well as the services of the providers. We provide training, support, and marketing services to providers. Our resource lending library is open to all providers within our service delivery area.
We are the missing piece to the child care puzzle.
- We will provide quality information to parents, early childhood educators and the community, based on individual and diverse needs.
- We will provide a variety of referrals to parents, based on individual and diverse needs.
- We will provide quality education and training to parents, early childhood educators and the community, based on individual and diverse needs.
- We will assist providers with marketing reports, wage surveys, rate information, and training. We offer classes in Better Baby Care; provide resources to assist in finding training in CPR, First Aid and Universal Precautions. We offer Pre-Licensing classes Orientation 1 for all potential providers and Orientation 2 for all home child care providers, and a host of other educational opportunities.

Monday - Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2 p.m.
