Child Development  Associate Credential

 

The cost of the 4-part CDA class, without a scholarship, is $299.00 per part ($1196.00). If you qualify for a scholarship you pay only $25.00 per part ($100.00). To register for the CDA class and to qualify for the IAEYC Non-formal CDA Scholarship you must:

 

Non-Formal CDA Scholarship Criteria:

• be at least 18 years of age
• be an Indiana resident
• have a High School Diploma or GED
• be currently working at least 30 hours a week with children in a licensed, registered or legally exempt child care setting
• submit a copy of your paycheck stub or pay receipts
• submit a $25.00 co-pay for Part I of the CDA class
• The four Part (120 hour) class takes 12 months to complete.
• Locations are to be determined
• We must have atl least 15 people with completed applications on file for the class to begin
