Enhanced Resource and Referral Option

 

Enhanced Resource and Referral program includes:

• One on one consultation for employees needing child care or solutions to help balance work and family. Including a child care needs assessment and evaluation.
• Information on child care and a variety of child care topics available to all employees
• Unlimited enhanced child care referrals (before providing referrals a referrals, specialist will pre-screen providers for openings, cost of care, and willingness to meet the parent’s special concerns)
• Follow up calls to all employees using service (evaluating the service and success of their search)
• Help in finding child care for special situations and concerns through different venues such as placing newspaper ads with Child Care Answers as the first point of contact.
• On site training through brown bag lunches (Lunch & Learns) covering a variety of topics
• On site fairs to market services
• Monthly newsletters or articles to insert in company’s newsletter with information on child care and balancing work and family
• Monthly reports submitted to the company on usage of service

 

The cost of the contract for the first year is based on an estimated usage formula.  More details would be available in a full proposal.  This cost will average $50.00 to $85.00 per referral based on the estimated average usage.
