Resource Library

 

Purpose

The purpose of Child Care Answers' resource library is to provide Parents, Child Care Providers, and Early Childhood Agencies in Marion, Hamilton, Hendicks and Johnson Counties with information and resources that enhance the lives of the children they serve.

Location

The Resource Library is located at 3522 N. Central Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46205

 

Hours

  • Tuesdays - 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Wednesdays - 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Thursdays - 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • 1st Saturday of the Month 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Membership

  • An annual membership fee is payable by credit or debit card, check, or money order.
    1. Family Child Care Providers, Parents and individual fee is $20.
    2. Centers, ministries and School-Age programs fee is $35.
    3. Membership includes checking out resource kits, books, videos, and use of laminating machine, copier, computer/internet/printer and die cutting machine. (See associated fees on sign up form.)
  • Sign and agree to "Terms of Lending" below.

Terms of Lending

  1. I agree to return all materials, pay any fines, damages to, or loss of materials to my account.
  2. I understand that 3 items (2 kits only) may be checked out for a maximum of 4 weeks.
  3. items must be cleaned before they are returned.
  4. An annual membership fee must be paid before I am able to check out items.
  5. Centers, ministries, and school-age sites will be allowed up to three users per membership.
  6. Family Child Care providers, parents and individual members may have one additional user.
  7. Normwal wear and tear is expected during the use of items; however, the provider will assume replacement costs of items damaged, lost or not returned during the specified loan period.
  8. Materials can only be checked out and reutrned during resource library hours.(See above.)
  9. I understand that there will be $1.00 per day late fee for items or kits returned past the due date.
