Management of Company's Child Care Subsidy Program
Companies who are looking for ways to help employees pay for the high cost of child care may want to establish a child care subsidy program. These programs may be designed in various ways; however the goal would be to provide financial assistance to employees for their child care expenses. The management of these programs can often be challenging and that is where Child Care Answers can help.

The company, with guidance from Child Care Answers’ child care specialist, would determine employee eligibility criteria and set standards for the child care programs eligible to care for employee’s children. Eligible employees would contact CCA for services.
