Observing and Recording the Behaviors of Infants and Toddlers
February 11 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Observing young children is a critical step in understanding their development, interests and abilities, and family culture. When we use observations to plan experiences and complete assessments, we are able to be intentional in our teaching and practices. Participants will understand that infants and toddlers develop at their own rate.Participants will learn the process of observing and collecting information in all areas of development in an unbiased manner, using developmental guidelines and the Indiana Foundations.
